The teaching staff at AICA are well-equipped with the knowledge and skills to educate the students towards success. Our teaching staff are carefully selected based on their persona, qualification, and also their experience. Teachers are trained to embed pertinent skills into our students, so that they become independent learners. Additionally, our teachers fulfil the Cambridge requirements by completing specific accreditation and training to enhance student learning in the classroom. All teachers are under the supervision and guidance of specialised coordinators.

AICA prides itself on its minimal teacher turn-over in its five years of operation, as we have purposely created a healthy and caring work culture where teachers are respected, valued and recognised. We believe that a teacher’s comfort and love of being at work impacts positively on her capacity to give her utmost best inside the classroom and professional growth in her teaching role.
